Once you’ve received an order confirmation email with a tracking number, please contact the shipping carrier, USPS for special delivery instructions and for packages that are not delivered or received by expected arrival date. Only USPS has information regarding the location and delivery of your package once it has left our hands. Although we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will help to resolve issues with delivery. When reporting problems with delivery, please provide us with your USPS claim number that can be acquired by calling the number below. Return shipping fees apply for re-delivery/replacement orders.
