CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, contact customer support with your order number by email within 24hrs of purchase at info@noirdor.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation as long as the order has not been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it can not be cancelled.

Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive an email with refund information. Refunds are returned to your original method of payment according to your bank or credit card company’s policy. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information on refunds time frames.
