Please allow ( 5 ) to (10) business days for your order to be created. Products are handmade and fulfilled in the order in which they were received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is ready to be shipped. Please note that orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays and holidays will be processed on the following Monday or next business day. Once you’ve received an order confirmation email with a tracking number, please contact the shipping carrier, USPS for special delivery instructions and for packages that are not delivered or received by expected arrival date. Only USPS has information regarding the location and delivery of your package once it has left our hands. Although we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages, we will help to resolve issues with delivery.
